The above picture is the first Valley Quest book that Sue & I have been using for years. While some object to paying for these quests when letterboxing is free over the internet, Valley Quest is an arm of Vital Communities.

Vital Communities is a regional nonprofit organization based in White River Junction, VT, that works to engage citizens in community life and to foster the long-term balance of cultural, economic, environmental and social well being in our region. Thus, the dollars raised selling the Quest books are put to good use, besides serving as an educational tool for local school youth.
