Funhog & Drews & Dragons, Oh My!

What a wonderful evening Sue and I spent at the home of Jay and Margaret Drew Friday night! It was an intimate group with Jay and Margaret, TeamGreenDragon, Sue and I and the guest of honor, Funhog! It was such a thrill to meet and spend time with Funhog. Our interview of the Hog left us wanting more and Jay afforded us that opportunity Friday night. The hosts were the best, the gossip was plentiful, the exchanges were fun and we established what we hope is an annual "Pig Roast" tradition. Thanks to Jay and Margaret for the invitation, to Funhog for just being there and to TGD for being yourselves!



After a somewhat late night on Friday, we headed north to VT for a relaxing weekend. On Sunday, we found time to do some box maintenance on our Symbols of Freedom series. All was well except for the last box that was hidden in the wrong location! These boxes, our very first plants, will celebrate their 1 year anniversary this coming July 4th.




Congrats to Fleur de Lis, and her new husband-to-be on their letterboxing engagement. Seems he pre-visited one of the boxes they had planned to find and placed in a little HH of his own - a wedding proposal! Great idea - and we wish the best to both of them. Now - will the wedding feature an event stamp?
